Old-Fashioned Corn Pudding

For a hearty side dish, try making Corn Pudding.

This recipe is the best I’ve tried. It bakes into a lovely custard.

I’ve made it with butter and whole milk or half and half, and also with olive oil margarine and skim milk. Either way, it’s really good.
